The three books of A Course of Love
Hello,
I’m Mari Perron.
Over the course of three years, beginning in December of 1998, I “received” the books of A Course of Love. I use the word “received” where you might be more familiar with a word such as “channeled” or “scribed.” I don’t mean to split hairs over language, but the word received better describes the way A Course of Love came to me than any other, and the nice thing is, it describes the way A Course of Love may have (or will) come to you as well.
Our receptivity is so important in taking in the words we read and the messages that they speak specifically and uniquely to our heart and soul. Our receptivity is also important to the images we see, the sounds we hear… including the sounds of silence and of our own inner voice of wisdom. Receptivity is also the means by which we allow the heart-to-heart energy of relationship…the union and relationship that brings us intimacy. It is through receptivity that our hearts are touched.
A Course of Love is a journey of the heart. This journey is undertaken
(often without an awareness that it’s begun), when it becomes imperative to us to be aware of our essential nature and to live as who we are.
Here are some of the ideas of A Course of Love that I’ve found essential:
Understanding the heart – being receptive
Experiencing the Embrace – feeling loved and lovable

Bringing back the mind – engaging in creative experience
Uniting mind and heart – being wholehearted
Re-finding humanity – being one self with no spirit/human division
Entering the Dialogue – intimacy in union and relationship
I’m a newcomer at using this method of sharing, (WordPress) but my hope is that it will be a good accompaniment to the more stationary website of A Course of Love www.acourseoflove.com. These essential ideas, (and care of the heart particularly) will be the main focus of my sharing on this blog. The website introduces the books of A Course of Love. The “Center for A Course of Love” area conveys the direction in which my own heart has moved me. Other areas are pretty self-explanatory.
This is an exciting step for me, one that I hope reaches you where it counts and maybe even causes you to reach back to me and Share Who You Are.
The picture of me is from my backyard cabin. I’ll be adding “Hello from the Cabin” videos where you can get to know me a little…in all my quirky ways!
